Whether it's a summer evening or a crisp fall day, the fire pit is ready for s’more lovers!

This property allows up to 1 well-behaved dog, with an additional fee collected at booking.

Amenities Include:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

No garage access

No central air conditioning--there is an A/C window unit in the upstairs living room and two portable fans provided.

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

This property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.

Camera: There is one camera on the garage facing the driveaway for security when the home is vacant.
